Fair Usage & Network Policy

1. Purpose & General Framework

HexaTune LLC ("HexaTune") partners with tier-1 global Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) to provide high-speed mobile data profiles. To maintain optimal network throughput, prevent congestion, and protect shared cell tower capacity, HexaTune applies Fair Usage Policy (FUP) mechanisms to certain plans. By purchasing or using HexaTune eSIM data services via web or mobile apps, the user agrees to adhere to the bandwidth management standards detailed herein.

2. Unlimited Data Plans & Throttling Thresholds

Services designated as "Unlimited Data" are subject to daily high-speed fair allocation thresholds to guarantee equitable network access:

Daily High-Speed Allowance: Unlimited plans typically include a high-speed data quota (e.g., 1GB, 2GB, or 3GB per 24-hour cycle) at full 4G/5G speeds depending on local carrier availability.
Speed Management (Throttling): Once the daily high-speed limit is reached, connection speeds will be reduced (typically to 128 kbps – 512 kbps) for the remainder of that 24-hour window.
Daily Cycle Reset: Full 4G/5G speeds are automatically restored at the start of the next 24-hour cycle (00:00 local time or 24h post-activation).
Fixed Data Plans: Fixed data packages (e.g., 5GB/30 Days) operate without speed throttling until 100% of the purchased volume is consumed.

"Sınırsız Veri" olarak satılan paketlerde şebeke dengesini korumak için günlük yüksek hız kullanım kotaları uygulanır:

Günlük Yüksek Hız Kotası: Sınırsız paketler, her 24 saatlik periyotta tam hızda (4G/5G) belirli bir yüksek hız kotası (ör. günlük 1GB, 2GB veya 3GB) içerir.

3. Prohibited Uses & Proactive Prevention

To preserve network integrity, the following activities are strictly prohibited when using HexaTune eSIM profiles:

Automated bulk downloading/uploading, torrent/P2P file sharing, or continuous 24/7 video streaming intended to overload cell capacity;
Commercial resale or unauthorized sub-distribution of data access to third parties without prior agreement;
Using mobile connections for DDoS attacks, network scanning, spam transmission, or malicious cybersecurity operations;
Operating illegal gateways, SIM boxes, or automated telephony routing mechanisms.

HexaTune and host MNOs reserve the right to temporarily restrict, throttle, or terminate access for connections engaging in prohibited activities without prior notice.

Şebeke güvenliği ve bütünlüğünü korumak adına aşağıdaki kullanım şekilleri kesinlikle yasaktır:

Şebeke kapasitesini manipüle edecek düzeyde otomatik toplu indirme/yükleme, torrent/P2P paylaşımı ve kesintisiz 7/24 sunucu veri transferleri;
HexaTune izni olmadan bağlantının ticari amaçla üçüncü taraflara yetkisiz dağıtımı veya reselling yapılması;
DDoS saldırıları, port tarama, spam gönderimi veya siber güvenlik ihlallerinde kullanım;
İllegal gateway, SIM kutusu (SIM box) veya otomatik arama santrallerine entegrasyon.

Yasaklanan kullanımların tespiti halinde HexaTune ve partner şebeke operatörleri erişimi derhal kısıtlama veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.

4. Tethering & Hotspot Rules

Personal Hotspot / Wi-Fi Tethering is fully supported on most HexaTune packages, subject to local MNO technical permissions. However, data consumed through tethered devices counts toward the plan's overall quota or daily FUP threshold. Certain specialized unlimited plans may restrict tethering speeds or impose a separate hotspot daily limit.

Kişisel Bağlantı Noktası (Hotspot / Tethering) çoğu HexaTune paketinde desteklenmektedir. Paylaşılan cihazlar üzerinden tüketilen veri, paketin toplam kotasından veya günlük AKP kotasından düşer. Yerel şebeke operatörünün kısıtlamalarına bağlı olarak bazı özel sınırsız paketlerde hotspot hızı ayrı sınırlandırılabilir.
