Transaction & Order Data: eSIM package details, order history, transaction timestamps, payment confirmation tokens (credit card numbers are processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and NOT stored by HexaTune).
Technical & Device Identification Data: Device model, operating system version, EID (eSIM Identifier), IMEI (where required by destination telco regulations), IP address, browser type.
Network & Consumption Data: Aggregate data usage (MB/GB used), connection status, roaming country network identifiers (provided by underlying MNO/MVNO partners).

3. Legal Grounds & Purposes of Processing

Contract Performance: Provisioning and activating digital eSIM profiles, managing user accounts, executing transactions, and providing technical support.
Legal Obligations: Compliance with US/Delaware corporate standards, tax regulations, and Turkish Telecommunication/BTK compliance requirements.
Legitimate Interests: Preventing fraud, securing network integrity, mitigating cyber risks, and improving platform usability.
Explicit Consent: Sending promotional communications, direct marketing, or processing specialized device telemetry where legally mandated.

4. Transfer of Personal Data & Third-Party Providers

4.1 Network Operators & Aggregators: To provision cellular data, necessary technical data (EID, plan duration, country of usage) is shared with licensed global MNOs and MVNOs serving as underlying eSIM suppliers.

4.2 Payment Processors & Service Infrastructure: Transactions are securely handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure (e.g., Stripe). Cloud infrastructure is hosted on secured servers operating under ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

4.3 Cross-Border Data Transfers (KVKK & GDPR): Because HexaTune LLC is a US-incorporated entity, data collected from users in Türkiye and the EU is transferred cross-border to our secure US infrastructure under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses / KVKK Cross-Border Transfer Mechanisms).

4.1 Telekom Operatörleri ve Sağlayıcılar: eSIM aktivasyonunun sağlanması için gerekli teknik veriler (EID, paket türü, kullanım ülkesi) küresel altyapı sağlayıcımız olan lisanslı MNO ve MVNO ortaklarımıza aktarılır.

4.2 Ödeme ve Bulut Altyapısı: Ödemeler PCI-DSS sertifikalı lisanslı ödeme kuruluşları (ör. Stripe) üzerinden yürütülür. Sunucularımız ISO/IEC 27001 standartlarında güvenli bulut ortamlarında barındırılır.

4.3 Yurt Dışına Veri Aktarımı (KVKK m.9): HexaTune LLC ABD merkezli bir şirket olduğundan, Türkiye ve AB'deki kullanıcılara ait veriler, uygun koruma önlemleri ve KVKK m.9 uyarınca ABD'deki güvenli sunucularımıza aktarılmaktadır.

5. Data Retention & Security Measures

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes set forth herein or to satisfy statutory retention mandates (e.g., tax records retained for up to 7-10 years under applicable tax codes). HexaTune LLC enforces strict technical and administrative safeguards, including AES-256 bit end-to-end encryption for transmitted data, strict role-based access control (RBAC), regular vulnerability scans, and continuous system monitoring.
